The first floor, terrace and grounds of this exquisite Victorian home may be reserved for corporate parties, social events and weddings. Your guests will appreciate the beautiful setting located between downtown hotels, art museums in the Cultural District and the historic Stockyards. Easy access to the Ball-Eddleman-McFarland House from downtown and Interstate 30.


Capacity

Up to 70 guests inside the house and up to 125 guests when including the lawn and back patio.

 

 

Up to 50 chairs can be set up in the front and back parlors with a center aisle to form an intimate setting for your ceremony.

 

Up to 125 chairs can be placed on the lawn to accommodate a larger ceremony.
Tables can be set up inside, on the wrap around porch, in the front yard or on the beautiful brick patio.
The dining room makes the perfect buffet location. Outside caterers are welcome.

(Note: A recent donation of period appropriate Persian rugs are now in each room to protect the original inlay flooring.)


Rental Pricing

Friday or Saturday:
4 Hours           $1450
7 Hours           $1950
10 Hours         $2400

Monday - Thursday Evenings and Sunday:
4 Hours            $950
7 Hours            $1500


Adding an hour to a time block is available for an additional cost.
From Thanksgiving to New Year's Day, beautiful decorations can be found
throughout the home. An additional $200 fee is applied during this period.


Policy Deposit

$500
The deposit is refunded after each event if the policies are observed with no damages.

One-half of the total fee (event fee + deposit) is required to reserve a date. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the event. A seven (7) hours booking includes one hour for rehearsal on the Thursday or Friday prior to the wedding. In the event of cancellation, with written notice received 90 days in advance of the reserved date, one-half of the amount paid toward the rental will be refunded. For holiday rental, there will be an additional charge of $200 per event.

 

Bridal Portrait Pricing

During Business Hours, 9am - 5pm
$150 for 2 hours

Weeknights and Weekends:
$200 for 2 hours
