Monday – Thursday Evening and Sunday Rentals:
4 hour rental - $800
7 hour rental - $1250

Adding an hour to a time block is available for an additional cost.Policy Deposit:
$350 (Refunded if no damage occurs and policies are observed)

One-half of the total rental fee (event fee + deposit) is required to hold the reserved date. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the event. A seven (7) hour booking includes one hour for rehearsal on the Thursday or Friday prior to the wedding. In the event of cancellation with written notice received 45 days in advance of the reserved date, one-half of the amount paid toward the rental will be refunded. For holiday rental, there will be an additional charge of $200 per event.

Weeknights and Weekends:

$200 for 2 hours
