How to Advertise Your Property

Historic Fort Worth, Inc.'s open house calendar is emailed on the first of each month, marketing your historic property listings to a perfectly focused audience of over 2,500 : historic architecture and preservation enthusiasts. These are the people who prefer the character of a historic home and are undaunted by the challenges involved.

Ad copy should focus on the historic features of the property and be less than 75 words. A link within the ad will lead to the complete listing. A special icon will designate listing agents who have completed Historic House Specialist training, while another icon will signal that there is a file on that home in HFW's Preservation Resource Center. To be eligible for listing:

  • The property must be located in Tarrant County.
  • It must have been built more than 50 years ago .

Advertising Options:

  • Have an OPEN HOUSE listed on our monthly open house newsletter that is sent to over 2,500 people each month
  • No open house? You can also list your property without scheduling an open house on our monthly open house newsletter, too
  • 90 day listing your property on our Real Estate section of our website. Listing price is updated every month while it is listed.
  • or GET TWO OF THEM! Save money by bundling it together!

Instructions:

  • Complete the advertisement form for your 50 years or older property
    PLEASE NOTE: The completed advertisement form and payment must be received at HFW on the 25th of the month for the listing to appear in the next month's calendar.
